2003-05-17 - 2:53 p.m. neglect I admit to horribly neglecting this journal. However, my mood has been terrible since returning to the barely controlled chaos that is work after my incredibly revitalizing vacation in Paris. It hardly seems fair to subject you, gentle reader, to tirades on that topic. Thus, I've confined my online activities to Friendster, email, and searching for some sort of compelling arts/music/cultural volunteering opportunity. My excess energy needs to be worked off in a positive way. Today's New York Times has convinced me that everyone has a blog/journal/diary online. Especially everyone who lives in NYC. Perhaps this is yet another magic 8 ball-type "All signs say yes" nudge in the direction of my considering NYC as a potential place to live. It's certainly the only place I've seen any interesting publications/marketing/editorial jobs in the past year... any comments?
